This application is to be used by organizations, other than institutions of religion, seeking a property tax exemption pursuant to Section 170 of the Kentucky Constitution.
Applications for Exemption from Taxation must be received by the end of the Inspection Period (typically the third Monday in May) for which exemption is being sought, otherwise, the exemption will be granted (if approved) for the following assessment year.
